Joining the Waitlist does not guarantee that: (a) You will be granted access to the full Nuxa application; (b) The Nuxa application will launch by a specific date; or (c) The features described on the website will be exactly as they appear at launch. We reserve the right to modify features based on development constraints and regulatory requirements.

2.3 No Financial Advice. Any content, blogs, newsletters, or insights provided during this Waitlist phase are for general information and educational purposes only.
